Green Screen Experiments
A week or so ago I had a really fruitful couple of days working with Ulysses Black, filming things in front of a (very small!) green screen and using a (quite cheap and rubbish) green screen suit… It was so much fun and reminded me how ideas can so much more easily come when you just play around and try not to over think it! We filmed the little cardboard trees separately, so we could try and create a landscape using layers in Premiere, and also filmed me wearing the various masks I’ve made. Ulysses asked me questions while I was wearing the masks to help bring out characters. We then filmed the cardboard monkey puppet with a green screen background. We then put a load of things together in Premiere editing, which I’ll talk about in my next post! It’s been very exciting… so much potential!! Here are some photos of our green screen filming:
