This is a giclee digital printed image of an original collage cut out painting I made recently, titled, "Boy in Mask with Monkey". It is part of a series I made recently of cut out paintings inspired by childhood memories of a group of capuchin monkeys, held captive in a pub garden near my home town in the ‘90s. I went back to the pub as an adult and saw that the monkeys were no longer there. I can only hope they had been rescued from what would have certainly been a miserable life, and are now in a sanctuary somewhere.
The image itself measures approximately 16.5 x 15cm, and is on an A4 sized paper. The image is matt and is printed on heavyweight high quality paper.
