Happy Krampus! Here is an original, hand painted Krampus Christmas decoration, designed and made by me. Every one is laser cut from FSC certified 3mm plywood, and painted entirely by hand with acrylic, so every one is a one-off and completely unique.
The back is painted gold, and signed by the artist. The ornament is also finished with shellac, with a teal ribbon for hanging it.
The Krampus is a popular figure of Central and Eastern Alpine folklore, and is said to come and scare children who misbehave! The Krampus measures approximately 10cm in height.
