Set of 4 Monkey Brooch - Charity Pin - Hand made gifts - Hand painted - Marmoset Capuchin macaque woolly monkey

£55.00
sold out
This listing is for a set of 4 hand-painted species-specific monkey brooches - a barbary macaque, a capuchin, a marmoset and a woolly monkey - displayed in its own gift box with illustrated label.

These laser cut wooden brooches are inspired by the monkeys that are cared for by the Monkey Sanctuary in Looe, Cornwall (UK), and £5 from each brooch will go to the charity which runs the sanctuary - Wild Futures - to help support their excellent work. This set of pins depicts the four different species of monkey found at the sanctuary.*

Each pin is painted entirely by hand with acrylic and finished with shellac. They have butterfly clasps on the back. Please choose whether you'd like the metal or rubber clasps. Each pin measures as follows:
- Macaque (yellow/beige, with pink face) = 5cm in height approx
- Woolly Monkey (grey with blue face) = 5.5 x 5cm approx
- Capuchin (brown with mauve face) = 5cm in length approx
- Marmoset (grey with stripy tail) = 5.4cm in length approx

Perfect gift for yourself or a loved one!

Each monkey brooch is also sold separately (see individual listings in my shop).

As all the brooches are painted by hand, individually, and every piece is one-of-a-kind, some very small, minor variations in detail might occur.

Will arrive in a gift box (pictured). 4 separate illustrated backing cards will be provided inside the box, if you want to display each monkey on its own backing card.

*The Monkey Sanctuary is the only accredited monkey sanctuary in the UK and, since 1964, has rescued monkeys from the cruel primate pet trade, re-socialises them with other monkeys of their species and gives them a second chance for a healthy and joyful life. Please check out their wonderful work.

[Please note - Some products may be subject to import taxes and custom duty fees after arriving in the country of destination. Whilst I do my best at my end to avoid these, all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, so please be aware of this when buying internationally!]

Thank you so much for visiting and I hope you enjoyed my shop! :)
